Ich habe schon ein Ticket für einen Festtag. Kann ich das zurückerstatten lassen? / I already have a ticket for friday or saturday. Can I get a refund?
Ja, das ist möglich. Wir können Tickets zurückerstatten, anstatt eines auszugeben (also pro Tag max. ein Ticket, wenn man genug Goodiepunkte hat). Damit wir das tun können, ist es wichtig, dass du das Ticket mit bringst. Ansonsten können wir es nicht zurückerstatten.
Yes, that is possible. We can refund tickets instead of giving you one (a maximum of one ticket per day if you have enough goodie points). In order for us to do this, it is important that you bring the ticket with you. Otherwise, we cannot refund it.
Kann ich auch Tickets für einen Tag bekommen, wenn ich an dem Tag nicht helfe? / Can I still get tickets for one day if I don't help out that day?
Ja, wenn du genug Goodiepunkte für das Ticket hast, dann kannst du pro Tag max. ein Ticket bekommen. Bitte beachte, dass du die Goodies erst am Tag deiner Schicht (Ausnahme Abbauhelfer) deine Goodies einlösen kannst. Wenn du deine erste Schicht am Samstag machst und am Freitag schon aufs Fest willst, dann kannst du dir das Ticket am Samstag in der Helferanmeldung zurückerstatten lassen. Bitte bring dafür dein Ticket mit.
Yes, if you have enough goodie points for the ticket, you can get maximal one ticket per day. Please note that you can only redeem your goodies on the day of your shift (with the exception of dismantling shifts). If you do your first shift on Saturday and want to go to the festival on Friday, you can have your ticket refunded on Saturday at the volunteer registration. Please bring your ticket with you.
Meine erste Schicht ist eine Abbauschicht. Welches Helfergoodie kann ich bekommen? / My first shift is a dismantling shift. Which goodie can I get?
In diesem Fall kannst du auch schon als erstes Goodie ein T-Shirt / Jutebeutel / Zollstock bekommen. Außerdem ist die Erstattung von Tickets weiter möglich.

Warum sehe ich keine Schichten an den Bier-/ und Cocktailständen?
Diese Stände werden von verschiedenen Festgruppen, z.B. Fachschaften, organisiert. Deshalb können normale Helfer sich nicht in diese Schichten eintragen. Kurz vor Beginn des Unifests werden wir offene Schichten für alle öffnen. Das werden wir dann auch nochmal gesondert ankündigen.
Wenn du in den Einstellungen "Benachrichtige mich bei neuen News." ausgewählt hast bekommst du dafür auch eine E-Mail.
